terrible customer service! they have moved my appointment twice due to.covid. they scheduled me for June 1 @ 10am. I sat in the parking lot for 2 hours no one came, padlock on the door .....I have called, left tons of messages, emailed, facebooked and private messages...no one will get back with me!! I have already paid up front in full for all the work they were supposed to do!! I am thinking I am going to have to take legal action. this place is an absolute joke!!! Colerain Ohio location
On Saturday 2/15 my husband brought me to the Miller Lane location due to excruciating tooth pain affecting my ear, TMJ, eye and generally the left side of my face at approximately 2pm. I am 31 weeks pregnant and was told I'd need an OB note. My OB had already told me to just go to the emergency dentist so I was upset, but I thanked the ladies at the front desk, told them I understood and left Immediadent crying out of pain and frustration. They were supposed to have been open but the does were locked and the parking lot was empty. My four year old, whose teeth had been knocked backwards, sat in the car bloody and crying while I tried to figure out where to go.
There just dumb asf!Will not be returning
I went to the miamisburg ohio one for the first time today. They gave me 18! X-rays using the things you have to bite down on. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had at the dentist. Not sure why this facility decides to do that many X-rays. It hurt..cut up my mouth..and I had to have her stop several times because I was gagging on it and about threw up three times due to it being shoved further down for the back ones . I have to go back to get a filling and root canal but decided I'm going somewhere else... read more
Can't even get in for a urgent matter. Then hot docked around by Miamisburg location. In my opinion the worst to deal with.
My star would be a negative one. After making an appointment to get a tooth pulled and the lady telling me I could make cash payments until I get my insurance card I get there waited an hour and I'm told oh well the only payment we take is care credit! I just got dental insurance last week, haven't received my card yet and this morning it was all OK until I got there! I even called my insurance and I've been covered since the 25th! Yet they couldn't take the time to look me up in the system. What a waste of not only my time ... read more
