Rude employees, was asking simple genuine questions and only got condescending and sarcastic responses. Wouldn’t recommend.
I wouldn’t recommend getting a piercing here or purchasing jewelry. I’ve visited twice to look for jewelry and have encountered rude staff members both times. The costumer service needs improvement.

My daughter and I went in August and were looking for industrial piercings. They talked us through the process, helped us custom order something we could live with for the 6-9 month healing time, and called us when they came in. Went today for our actual piercings with Doug and he was super informative, professional, and very clean. Highly recommend!!
I’ve gotten 4 piercings here and all have been great experiences. Ryan is the man. I got my nipples pierced yesterday and today they don’t even hurt. Every piercing I’ve gotten has healed beautifully and with no complications. Can’t say how much I love this place!!!

Doug is awesome and really helped me plan out what will look best for my ear shape. Got this sweet conch and 4th lobe piercing....ordered some custom pieces and I can’t wait for them to come in!
