I took my 16 year old daughter here today to get a septum piercing. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
I had an issue with getting the balls loosened on a barbell in one of my piercings so I could remove it before surgery. I messaged Immaculate in a panic and was immediately put at ease. When I came in the next day Ryan was kind and took my jewelry out quickly and easily. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for my next piercing :-)
I totally understand why they've been voted the best piercing studio! Everybody is real friendly, and easy to talk to. They answered every question I had with patience and confidence. I got my tragus pierced today by Ryan and he did a terrific job! He made me feel comfortable, and was real nice. They definitely know what they're doing. This is a very professional and trustworthy business.
