Chris, the owner of Immaculate, is the most dedicated and detailed I've ever met. You have to plan in advance as his schedule is booked months in advance and there's a reason for that. I've tried a bunch of places in town and this is the best by far!!!

Seems like every once in a while there are those detailers that are jealous they spread lies... Have you ever known someone who doesn't want floor mats cleaned and as for someone showing up an hour late for an appointment without calling, all appointments are scheduled as to give every vehicle the proper amount of time to be detailed perfectly. I will never ever ever go to this place again!!!! I had my wife take in our car to get detailed and I had her explain to the owner that we did not want the carpets to be shampooed and he said "I'm still going to charge you" and my wife told him well that's kind of unfair to charge me for a service I don't want and the next thing out of this mans mouth is "listen you dumb b!tch". What a fantastic job Chris does! I have been a returning customer for a few years now and ALWAYS pleased with the result from the engine, to the interior and to the glass/mirror-like exterior finish! I have recommended him to all my family members and friends and we never once have been disappointed. A few appts may have been shifted around a bit, but who doesn't get busy from time to time. Made an appointment for last week, I was a couple minutes late and the owner flipped on me for being late. He tried to get me to reschedule n I refused. The work was done great but I think its because of the young guy who works for him, the owner looks like he doesn't no anything about detailing.

I scheduled a detail a week in advance, planed a workday around taking my car in, and they called an hour before my visit to reschedule for later in the week. If you want a clean car, try somewhere else that understands appointments, will not waste your time, and that knows how to treat their clients. Do not use Immaculate.
