The Milad doctor was excellent very professional, kind, and attentive. He did a great job during my visit and made sure everything was well explained. I really appreciate his care and expertise.
I had abnormal test results that I was never told about and had to see myself by chance on my Alberta online account. Why do I have a doctor at all if *I* have to follow up on my results? Edited to add 8/6/25: The policy of doctors refusing to sign prescription refills for patients when their regular doctor is away (often for weeks) is nonsensical. Front desk lady is SO rude. Very dismissive. Obviously hates her life and she should not be working with patients since she has none. Don’t even know how she has a job with the way she speaks to people.
Can never get ahold of anyone there says there open till 4 but if you call at 3 it goes straight to voicemail just tried calling 20 times to book an appointment for my kid and no answer, seems like they turn there phones off at lunch and “forget” to turn them Back on at 1pm 0/5 stars
Trying to get a hold of them to make an appointment is near impossible
