Horrible customer service. The girl that took my order was rude from the beginning I was placing my order. She sounded like she was doing me a favor. These are the employees that will make your customers choose another company.
Another inconsiderate company. If your in a neighborhood, and doing the pour into another truck, between pours it's not that hard to just move for a second and let someone/some people through. No just gotta waste everyone's time.
Drivers in Westfield suck. If there was more then one seat in their truck they wouldn’t know where to sit. Parking terrible and couldn’t use a concrete washout to save their lives. Need to give driving courses before throwing some random driver in a 5+ ton vehicle
