I attended with a sick child who needed medical attention, but unfortunately Dr Fatin Toma did not see us. I found the experience extremely upsetting, especially given that I was there with a sick child. I expected a much more caring and professional approach from a medical centre. I hope management looks into what happened and takes this feedback seriously.
I had a very disappointing experience with this medical centre. I called and booked an appointment two weeks ago, clearly explaining that I hadn’t seen Dr Fatin for a long time and that the appointment was for women’s health issues. The receptionist took all my details and confirmed the booking. On the day of my appointment, I travelled half an hour, left work early, and waited at the reception for about 20 minutes.
