This place is absolutely awful and honestly very unprofessional. You call and call and call and no one ever seems to answer your call. I've only ever had 1 person ever call me back. No matter your job, your supposed to remain professional.
These people are calling my girlfriend multiple times per day, and we started receiving bills for services we have never used (We have never heard of that company ever), and you have to dispute the validity of the debt within 30 days or they will "Assume the debt is valid'. This needs to stop.
