we moved our shop almost 2 months ago and i cant get them to change my address so we can get parts delivered ive called tom ottenberg several times with account issues over the years with no resolve. now i need a simple address change from miramar to santee and 2 months later nothing done ive been given 5 different extensions to call to get my account updated but nobody ever answers and it just transfers back to the sales desk where thy tell me to try an extension ive already tried. it must be nice to make so much money they... read more
