I am looking for a new dentist and was happy to see all the positive feedback. However, when I called to schedule my new patient appointment and asked the reseptionist to confirm they where in my network I was met with "I dont know you need to call your insurance" I explained Dr Imboden was listed on thier website but I know those are not always current and would you confrim when checking my benefits? Again, this appeared to be a challenge beyond the scope of the young lady answering the phones as she indicated that was not ... read more
Beyond Disappointed with Dr. Michael Imboden. The biggest issue is his assistant, Brenda. She is going to drive his business away. She doesn t do her job. She is horrible chip on her shoulder and bad at customer service and doesn t know how to contact people by phone. She has schedule appointments without confirming the dates with me. She always has to get back with me and never gets back with me (returning a call or email). My insurance stated fraudulent activity in Brenda s filing a claim on my husband. We have had the WORST experience of any dentist at Dr Imboden s office and immediately changed dentist afterwards.We were told that we would need a certain procedure from the dentist. When we checked out, the receptionist informed us that insurance would cover a certain % of the procedure and at the appointment we would need to pay the co-pay. We scheduled the appointment and subsequently had the procedure (of which we paid our % up front).Weeks later we receive a denial letter from the insurance saying this is not a covered... read more

Dr. Imboden and his staff are fantastic! They are all very committed to personal service and take great care of you. My son who is nine loves him and I do too, plus they play great music. If you need any dental work done, please give them a call. Brenda, his administartive asst. and receptionist, will take care of any legwork regarding insurance and they take most all of them. I lost my insurance coverage about six months ago due to my husbands lay-off and was upset that I couldnt book anymore appointments or visit them anyt... read more
