I have visited this office numerous times, and have NEVER had a problem. They are always available on the telephone. Furthermore, they are always cheerful and extremely helpful! I see a lot of attitude from other doctors' offices, but have never had anything but a polite conversation with those at Horizon Family. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
