The administrative staff and nurses are lovely, but the doctors are beyond incompetent. Their level of patient care is underwhelming and extremely disappointing. I'd rather wait six hours in an emergency room than ever have to put up with this group of "professionals" again.

I have visited this office numerous times, and have NEVER had a problem. They are always available on the telephone. Furthermore, they are always cheerful and extremely helpful! I see a lot of attitude from other doctors' offices, but have never had anything but a polite conversation with those at Horizon Family. The waiting room is extremely spacious and they stick well to your appointment time. I am not one to generally write reviews, but I had to go out of my way to rave about this doctor's office. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
