Dr Imami & his entire staff were warm, welcoming, professional, and kind from the first call to the walk out to the car after the procedure by Dr. Imami. There are many Dr's practices set-up to be professional, efficient, providing great results; I've been to many. So much to share but 3 out 5 stars may be appropriate here. First, I'll mention what I thought was good. Dr. Imami and his team were very professional, understanding, and very easy to communicate with. I thought their pricing was competitive with other hair transplant offices in the area - which was a huge reason I chose them. Now, need to get this out as I see most people are confused on how this works. Dr. Imami himself does NOT perform the procedure. He simply oversees it - which is FINE!
