Horrible experience - anything but relaxing - Front desk unbelievably rude - Avoid this place and avoid Carmen. I received a Groupon Gift for a Gentlemen's Relaxer Package, the appt was scheduled far in advance for the package and confirmed the day before for the next day at 11:00 am for the specified package. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS AND DON'T BE MISLEAD BY THE POSITIVE ONES YOU READ RIGHT AFTER. HORRIBLE SPA.... DONT GO THERE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, BAD SERVICE, OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL. I RECEIVED A GIFT CERTIFICATE AND HAD MISPLACED IT... WHEN I FOUND IT I CALLED TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT AND TOLD THE OWNER IT WILL BE EXPIRING IN THE NEXT MONTH SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD NO APPOINTMENTS TILL AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A 20% FEE TO RE INSTALL. If customer service matters to you, GO ELSEWHERE! What reputable business puts a 6 month expiration date on a gift certificate?! Upon realizing my gift certificate would be expiring in the next 2 weeks, I called to schedule my appointment. I got what seemed to be a busy signal, gave it a couple minutes and tried again, still nothing. I repeated the process the next day and still to no avail. Terrible, rude, and unreliable – Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere... Stress elimination is the point of this place, not the opposite, and this last experience was excrutiatingly stressful. I call to make an appointment for my wife; flexible with our dates, I ask them to confirm what dates are available. Overrated Mess – First of all I had the worst customer service I have ever received over the phone. I tried to make an appointment three times! Every one I spoke to was a complete B*tch. They do not care about the customer at all. I thought it was because of my groupon, but then I realized other people have been treated like this regularly at Imagos. BEST SPA IN MIAMI!!!! – I found this spa in city search with good reviews so i figured it had to be good and booked an appointment for my wife's anniversary. The staff went out of there way to surprise my wife with gifts i had bought her placing them through out the spa. The place was beautiful with a great aroma and relaxing music. My wife absolutely loved it!! I already booked our next appointment for the both of us.

Tranquil Retreat – I visited Imagos new location in South Miami and fell in love with it! It is beautiful, relaxing, elegant, and in a great location. My experience there was absolutely amazing. I havent felt this good and relaxed in a really long time. I especially recommend the Rose petal bath followed by a massage. Everyone was super nice and professional. I will definitely be returning for more services very soon!
