Quick, efficient, and thorough care by ER & then PCU.
The imaging staff at Bartow hospital are all top notch. They were friendly and didn't mind questions. I am claustrophobic so I asked about scan times and they went beyond and explained the procedure to me in a way that was comforting and didn't waste time getting me out of the machine after the scan. They also asked how I was doing during the scan as well.
Very excellent staff they did well they checked on me make sure I was okay I'm very proud that we have a BayCare
Person that operated was reckless. Made several sudden movements from the time I was picked up to taken back. Machine was cold and was moving fast enough I almost fell off while Machine was performing CAT scan.
