My experience with the Banner Imaging Department in Greeley was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The first time, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled by the department, pushing me back an entire month. There was little explanation and no apparent concern for the inconvenience of delaying someone’s medical imaging by weeks. If your insurance says this is a freestanding facility, know that it is not. I was on the phone with them for three hours for them to end up telling me that this is an extension of the hospital and will be charged as if going to the hospital. They ended up just saying my insurance was wrong. Just want others to be aware they may be charged more than they are expecting at this facility.

I have gone to this office several times and I found it to be very uncomfortable and not very friendly unfortunately that is what it is like at any dr offices are specialized offices its a shame

I was scheduled for mammogram and told to arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told i was late for my appointment and refused to do my mammogram.
