My experience with the Banner Imaging Department in Greeley was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The first time, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled by the department, pushing me back an entire month. There was little explanation and no apparent concern for the inconvenience of delaying someone’s medical imaging by weeks. I have gone to this office several times and I found it to be very uncomfortable and not very friendly unfortunately that is what it is like at any dr offices are specialized offices its a shame

I was scheduled for mammogram and told to arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told i was late for my appointment and refused to do my mammogram.

Had a Lowdose screening, very easy scheduling and pre authorization (but was it). Painless procedure for me. Only issue is they charges me a fee (copay/halfpay?) for a procedure that does not require one. Insurance did in fact pay the full bill. Easier in most situations to pay and deal with it after the procedure to not cause added stress. Once this happens, and this is the second time it’s personally happened to me, you have to wait at a minimum of 2 months to be reimbursed. I can understand the issue with payments for uni... read more
