I needed two scans for different areas and since I wanted to just make the trip once, I understood waiting for a long enough appointment to be available. The staff were kind and efficient, doing everything possible to make me comfortable. So why only two stars? One of the scans went right to the spine clinic which had requested it. The other scan and report never showed up at the doctor's office from which it was requested, but they made it into MY email inbox. incredible experience. very dear, competent professionals who took me as a walk-in and had me out the door within 15 minutes. *beautiful new facility as well.
They do not accept payment online even though they provide a an online link and QR code. Very impersonal interaction. Love this type of healthcare, such a feel good experience!
I hav tried 4 times to make a payment NO ONE answers in billing this is unprofessional and very annoying.
