Five stars for Ralph at Imaging Health Services! I had an absolutely incredible experience with him today. I was having a terrible day due to major communication and appointment issues, but Ralph completely turned it around. Most people would have just turned me away or said it wasn’t their problem, but Ralph genuinely cared. He went completely out of his way to help me resolve an appointment mishap that he didn't have to fix. The receptionist who sits at the first window on the far right side needs to loose her attitude and take notes on how to treat people from the older gentleman with grey hair. She was so rude to anyone who was lost or had a question. She kept shouting at them to go to the kiosk and sign in when she clearly saw that they were elderly or unable to understand English.
