Caring, competent, ease of scheduling an MRI in a timely manner.
They were very professional and reasonable priced but I would not go again because the technician that read my results didn't see or didn't bother to comment on issues for which I didn't go in for. My insurance carrier called me to tell me to go here instead of Scripps because they said it was more affordable ($600 here vs 5000 at Scripps). But you get what you pay for.
