The receptionist and technician for the MRI were very friendly, accommodating and efficient.
I had a CT scan done at IHS in January of 2026. 2 months later they still try to bill me for money I don't owe. Their office is extremely disorganized. When I was there waiting, they simply forgot me and sent the CT scan expert home. I had to wait for well over an hour. Make sure to check your invoices carefully, and don't back down when they try to get more money from you than you owe.
