I have been to several IHS locations and I am 15min walking distance from La Jolla branch but have chosen Poway as my Go To because I love the way I was treated there. Oldschool patient/customer service.

From the minute I walked in the staff was friendly and professional. They answer their phones when I called. The techs considered my fears and answers my questions and helped me feel safe. I wish they still had xray services so it could be a one stop shop!
