Josh, performing the CT scans, was friendly and professional. He did the IV insertion nicely, took the images and he had me on my way quickly. The online system works really well for scheduling and check-in, so didn't even have to deal with the front desk except to say "hi". I like that the radiologist's report is available for me to view online as well.
Had to call so many times to make an appointment and then when I arrived I found out my appointment was canceled ! Terrible customer service!
This place is constantly busy. Israel knows how to manage the front desk all with an excellent attitude. Wonderful patient service.
sent me to collections for a bill I never got
Cancelled my appointment without notice, even when there were multiple texts asking me to confirm and I did confirm. I found out when I arrived and the system would not find my appointment. Difficult to find the entrance. Will only validate parking on the underground garage. Avoid this location if you can.
