I arrived at 1:05 for a 1 pm appointment, due to having some trouble finding the suite, and was told I had been marked no-show and they had sent the tech home so they could no longer see me, and I would have to reschedule.
Never have any issues here. Free parking, appointments run on time or early. Been here at least 5 times for various scans.
