They don’t care about you here only money. They sent me home because I couldn’t make a deposit so I drove for an hour for nothing. I have state benefits because i’m a lowly county employee and they want everything they can squeeze out of insurance plus another $1800 for a simple knee MRI. Do yourself a favor and just go to northside, NGMC are just clowns.
Arrived for my husband’s appt 15 min early. We were told everyone was at lunch. We said we could wait in lobby and were told nobody was there to help us, so we might as well come back closer to the appointment. We left and came back at exact time. We waited 30-40 min to be called back. They gave us no information on results of image, was told it would be 2-4 days for results even though we told them he had been in ER the two days before appointment. My experience in the center was great but it has been a week and I don’t have the results yet. It seems like the results should be in My Chart by now.
