In and out of the facility in under 20 minutes, no appointment.
There's this one grumpy pediatric ultrasound tech named Lyn P or something like that. She needs to be replaced. I have been assigned to her on 2 occasions, same attitude......grumpy old lady that doesn't want to work. She is always complaining, never helpful or nice and ready to have you reschedule at any slight hiccup. She needs to retire!
I went in to have an ultrasound done for my right bicep for a possible torn tendon on October 24th 2024 and it is now November 1st 2024 and neither my PCP or I have received the results of it, despite calling NUMEROUS times and even having picked up the disk from records in the hopes my PCP would be able to read it (she isn't qualified to). This sort of service is UNACCEPTIBLE for a hospital that used to be studious in their performance. Please note in April of 2024 you can longer call in and schedule a CT scan unless they have the order in the system. This can be done 2 ways. First, your doctor can send it directly. Second, you can upload it into your my chart account, and then they will waste everyone's time verifying the order. Then you can finally schedule the appointment. What purpose does this actually serve? I find it to be an idiotic change in procedures and I'm looking for a new imaging center not part of the new Corewell.
My Surgeon sends Beaumont Imaging Center authorization for my left shoulder osteoarthritis MRI I got a call from the scheduling department they had and 11am opening at the south entrance imaging Center. Mind you I'm speaking with scheduler I had too take the 11am appt October 24,2024 because next appointment was sheduled out November 20, 2024. I'm sheduled too see my Surgeon November 5th 2024 .
