I had a CT scan done here. The staff was very friendly. My appointment was late because they were running behind, but that's not their fault. I ended up having a panic attack after the scan, and the technician was the most empathetic, compassionate person I have ever met in healthcare. I was blown away by her kindness!
For 30 minutes, a student took numerous sonograms (without supervision). Then a tech and a male who did not introduce himself were called in. The tech retook several sonograms. I was uncomfortable with the man and thought not identifying himself was very unprofessional.
