The entrance lobby was clean, orderly, and well appointed. The complimentary coffee bar was clean, well-stocked, and a very welcome benefit. The two technologists, Maggie and Shelby who ran my MRI were soft spoken, confident, thorough, and both polite and very supportive and got me through the MRI without a hitch. They absolutely have my sincere appreciation. Thank you!
The mammographer (I think her name was Amanda), was very kind and considerate, proficient and professional, warm and easy to talk to. She was not short or rude. Very hospitable. If ya gotta get a mammo, I’d recommend her.
Originally scheduled at Anchorage location but scanner was down so I was rescheduled for the Eagle River location. Staff were friendly and professional.
I cannot even give them one star but am forced to to post. Never get an MRI on a Friday at 4:20pm at Imaging Aaociates in Eagle River. Ear buds fell out and they never checked on me once. Four days after MRI at Imaging Associates I was in Regional ER for issues associated with why I got an MRI at Imaging Associates in the first place. The entire MRI was redone at Regional.
