I recently experienced an imaging procedure at Imaging Associates Palmer. The scheduling was easily arranged. I was greeted with a friendly Hello upon entering the building. The waiting area was clean and warm providing plenty of seating. Water, coffee, and tea was available. The waiting time after between checked in and being called by my technician was very brief. The experience here was wonderful. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. I have claustrophobia and had a brain mri with them. They were compassionate throughout. Melissa was my nurse and Scott was the tech who helped me stay calm through the MRI. Highly recommend.
