Over five different phone calls to try and get the patient responsibility financial requirement for two different procedures at this facility. Hours of my time were eaten up only to be told that I need to contact my doctor for “procedure codes” no patient ever has in the normal course of getting tests run. The wealthy need to pay their taxes FIRST. We have plenty of money from Medicare and healthcare generally: tax the wealthy first.
ER Front desk hangs up on you, or cuts you off by just transferring mid sentence without a warning. The nurses/radiologists here are the best thing about this hospital but sadly they’re not the ones to make the calls. Worst hospital experience I have ever had. Better just have a scratch on your finger vs being violently ill and misdiagnosed if you’re in an emergency DO NOT COME HERE. —
