Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional bunch of bullies. I have never in my life met people this obnoxious. All they do is to threaten and send you notices about petty stuff like a towel on your fence. They won't talk to you but will be sneaking around watching you. They need to learn some basic human interaction. Avoid at all cost!!!
