I called about a study that is posted on your compines website and whoever the lady is answering the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional! She stated it was no longer available. I was still speaking and she hung up in my face.I called back 3 times to ask a question and she continuously kept hanging up the phone.The 4th time she wouldn't pick up. Totally not the way one should represent one's business at all. I don't know if this is protocol, but she should be spoken to about her actions for this.
