Do not hire this company – Hiring Imagine Pools has been the worst experience we ever had with a contractor of any kind. There are many other pool builders out there. Avoid this one if possible. I must admit that we hired them based on price and the salesman presentation. He was very good and answered every question we had. What a tremendous help! – My wife and I had never owned a pool before, and Imagine Pools & Spas took amazing care of us during the pool building process. We were very impressed with the knowledge and profesionalism that was used when dealing with all of the representative from their company, and our pool is absolutely beautiful. Especially if you are a first time buyer of a swimming pool, Imagine Pools & Spas can be trust and relied upon.

Displeased – The pool was great when finished but unfortunately the subcontractor who they hired to do the water chemistry didn't put a certain chemical in our pool which caused stains all over the plaster. After numerous calls and complaints (this went one for months), they gave us the number of a person who told us how to fix it but now the plaster is very rough and uncomfortable to walk on after a while.
