Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Imagine Pools and Spas installed coping that basically started to fall apart after only 2 years. We now have to rip it all out and replace it - at our expense. When questioned about what they intended to do about it, the reply was "you picked it out". They then admitted that they had not used this particular stone previously. These guys are supposed to be professionals and certainly should not be using materials with which they are not familiar. To blame it on customers after the fact is truly outrageous... read more

Imagine Pools and Spas We have had our pool going on 3 years now. I can honestly say that we had zero problems and 100% satisfaction with the quality and workmanship. If I had to do again in the future, I will look to Imagine Pools and Spas.
Pay attention to the name- The bad Imagine Pools is in Katy and has closed! – There were originally 3 Imagine Pools; the one in Katy and the Tomball and Clearlake locations (which were franchises). The Katy store apparently did many many people wrong and is out of business. I just used Imagine Pools North (Tomball) to build my pool/spa in the Heights....phenomenal job! They showed up when they said they would and my large pool with hot tub, waterfalls, beach entry, saline system, etc was finished in 6 weeks (would have been ... read more
Shazamm – Walter with Imagine Pools and Spas North was spectacular. We couldnt have asked for better service or communication. Our pool was completed in just 21 days. Our kids love it and we love. We would use Imagine again.
Avoid! – Theres a reason that the store Closed on Highway 6. If the other Imagine Pool companies don't want to be associated with what happened, perhaps they should consider... I don't know .. changing there name. Otherwise they should consider helping the people that were damaged. They bought the name they should stand by the name!
imagine you better find another pool builder – Having a swimming pool built in your yard should be a happy time in your life , however choosing Imagine to build our pool has been nothing short of misery. We have had weeks and weeks of waiting with no response from this company. Now it has become clear that they have no intentions of finishing our pool and have put the stress and financial burden of finding another company to finish it on us. imagine getting ripped off – We decided on Imagine Pools to build our pool. Excavation was done May 17th and the only thing that has been done since then is the steel,gunite and tile and coping. We have paid 70% of our money toward the pool and have only received around 40% of the work. The companies main office at Pipng Pock Lane in Houston has been closed. Rain and More Rain – We didnt think the rain would ever stop but Todd Lakes with Imagine Pools South came through with flying colors and had us ready for our annual 4th of July party. The construction of the pool was a bit difficult as our yard isnt very large and every time it would rain the yard would flood. We couldnt have asked for better communication or supervision under the circumstances. As first time pool owners we are very pleased.
