Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

This doctor took a difficult case that others orthodontists in the Bellevue/Omaha area were not willing to tackle. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Polite, welcoming, and incredibly friendly are just some of the words I would use to describe them. Whenever I come here I always feel valued and important. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
