Cut and color great products my girl Kimmie did a great job
I went in for a full color. I was there for over 9 hours and left with not what I wanted at all. Emily was the girl who started my hair and Chantel, the "learning leader" assisted her. They were extremely rude and clearly didn't know what they were doing because after 3 hours someone else took over to fix the mess they had made with my hair. The girl who took over was awesome but we still couldn't get it looking good. So I had to go back the next day to get it redone. Students are going to make mistakes but the learning lead... read more
I don't know about their services as I couldn't get it done. I got an appointment at 6pm for highlights, even called them to discuss about it but they never mentioned anything about no highlight services after 6, in case I'm late for my appointment. I called at 6pm and after 5 tries they answered and I told them I'll be late for my highlight appointment and they said it's fine but after reaching there they were like only haircuts can be done. Katelyn was amazing and took her time with my hair! The end result was amazing! I would highly recommend! The learning leaders all the way to the students themselves were fabulous!!
Lily and Kayla were great, even thou my hair wouldn’t lighten as much as I wanted to they suggested other alternatives that I may like. They were very helpful on the products that were killing my hair also. Don’t go to a high priced salon these girls do Just as good work.
