DO NOT GO HERE To begin with I went to check in and they was a problem with the name it was booked under. We told them we hade changed it but it did not go through on there side. Told us to wait 15 minutes before being able to check in. So we go back up 15 minutes later and they ask for both of the id card but we don’t have both. Then we hade to wait another 15 minutes. Warning: if you want a hotel that serves respect and hospitality, I confirm that this is NOT the place you should go!! First of all they have parking but you have to book and pay for it, the closest parking is underground parking which is $80+ for one night. Because the parking in front is 3 hours max…. Tip and advice if you do choose to torture yourself staying here: Park at crown !! $25 a night and only 5 minute walk from this hotel!!
