If you are a smoker, save your money and quit another way. I had my initial session 8/13/21. I walked out with with cravings and they only intensified. I followed the directions for supplements and they were no help either. Very disappointed in results. No relief at all. I know smoking cessation is very difficult but it gets even worse when you put faith in others to help and they scam you out of hundreds of dollars. Very sad and pathetic business to prey on addicts seeking help
