I have been with Imagine IT for over 15 years for all of our computer needs including setting up our network, maintenance and replacement of any computer equipment, our office computer security. I know my computers are monitored 24/7 and if I need help with anything they always help me out quickly. If they notice any trouble spots, they let me know what those are and come up with solutions.
We have been partnering with Imagine IT for the past few years for our business needs and couldn't be happier. They address any technical issues that we have in a very timely manner. However, the amount of issues that we have been having with our IT Systems has gone down significantly with our proactive partnership, so we need them less and less which is amazing. This saves us a ton of time and the team can excel at their areas of expertise.
