We could not have had a better experience here. The second we walked into Imagine Backyard we were promptly created but not pressured at all. The sales team was very knowledgeable and allowed us to browse for just the right Jacuzzi The after service was even better. They even had a technician Kim come out on a Sunday to show us how to use the hot tub. Imagine Backyard Living was excellent throughout the entire process of purchasing, support in City, electrical, and HOA approval, and delivery including start up training. This is our 2nd hot tub purchase from Dave. Enjoyed the buying process and always felt appreciated and respected. Just want everyone know that Imagine Backyard had been awesome with my delivery of my hot tub. The delivery team and start up person was great and knowledgeable, we are very happy with our hot tub and the company. Especially Nancy at customer service.
