We purchased the Jacuzzi J-315 to replace our J-315 that we had for almost 18 years. We bought the J-315 just before Christmas and we were relaxing in it by New Years Eve. The day after the Jacuzzi was installed Kevin came out to go over the operation and take care of the startup process which I very much appreciated. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was great. Thanks David, John, Nancy, and Kevin for making this a pleasant process.
Amazing experience from shopping to purchase to deliver and orientation! We could not be happier with our decision to use Imagine Backyard Living to help us finish our dream backyard. The warranty is pretty much lip service. No call, no shows even with an 8 hour service window. Couldn’t recommend purchasing anything that will need service from them. Service was scheduled in Oct for Nov 6, no show, rescheduled on nov 15 and again no show. I requested to reschedule the appt on the 20th and never got a call back.
Great experience! It was a pleasure buying a hot tub from Imagine! Everyone we worked with was very helpful and nice. We purchased a hot tub and they were happy to store it for us until our back yard project was ready for it. We had an issue with getting it up and running and I called and David the owner immediately started helping me. I was face timing with Nancy at 6:30 at night to try to resolve the issue!
