Just want everyone know that Imagine Backyard had been awesome with my delivery of my hot tub. The delivery team and start up person was great and knowledgeable, we are very happy with our hot tub and the company. Especially Nancy at customer service.

Well I've got to tell you, if you are considering going into the hydrotherapy world go see David and John at Imagine Backyard Living. Without a question the most knowledgeable, professional, honest, classy, considerate and patient people in the hydrotherapy, jacuzzi, hot tub, swim pool, industry. We were looking to purchase a new spa for our home and also one for our rental home. We went to a few other spa companies before finding Imagine Backyard Living and deciding to go with them. Their pricing was fair, especially for what we were receiving. The service we have received from their entire team has been exceptional. We are pleased with our new spas and our decision to go with Imagine Backyard Living.
We had a good experience purchasing our hot tub and the necessary follow up from sales to installation to orientation. We think we purchased a quality piece of equipment and have been enjoying the benefits it provides. There are cheaper products out there, and we did our research and went to several places and looked at several brands, but you get what you pay for.
