Getting someone to respond when you have an equipment issue is almost impossible. If you dont need their help, they are fine. Think twice.
Their communication (or lack thereof) is horrible. Regardless of who you might reach or who promises to call / text you back (Alex the service manager, Russel the sales manager, Sean the GM) none of them respond.
Bravas supplied our home with security and pre-wiring throughout our new build. They are very professional and have a solid team that can address all of your audiovisual and security needs. Beyond that (very important), they have gone above and beyond when we have needed service or support on the equipment. Excellent company and stellar team. Highly recommend.
We’ve used Bravas for over 25 years for all of our home audio visual needs, which in itself should indicate our loyalty. From simple TV mounting to high end, more complicated sound systems, they are a great resource. Timely, easy to work with and importantly, easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
