I was a customer with Bravas/Imagine for more than 25 years. During this time they did 3 full systems at my new homes as a part of construction projects and along with 1 large update. They also maintained monitoring and service for these homes during this period. My last home which we now live in has had a problem related to technology and connectivity issues that they have never fully resolved. “Purchased expensive RowOne theater seating through Bravas. The seats broke/have issues. Bravas told me to deal with the manufacturer myself, and now both Bravas and RowOne are completely ignoring my messages. Zero customer service after they take your money.”

Getting someone to respond when you have an equipment issue is almost impossible. If you dont need their help, they are fine. Think twice.

Their communication (or lack thereof) is horrible. Regardless of who you might reach or who promises to call / text you back (Alex the service manager, Russel the sales manager, Sean the GM) none of them respond.
