Never finished my job , no communication , this has been going on for years and I have an incomplete job , don't recommend , will probably redo everything with another company and I'm out what I've paid so far . Basically ,,, rip off.
I used to be able to recommend this company but they must have fallen on hard times. We've had a few simple fixes that need to be done to our Control4 system and have been calling them for over 2 months now to get them to follow through on the parts and repairs to no avail. We even drove to their office to try and get someone's attention, but were told the person who can help us was "out sick" and would get back to us. I'm just going to find someone else at this point.
