I used to be able to recommend this company but they must have fallen on hard times. We've had a few simple fixes that need to be done to our Control4 system and have been calling them for over 2 months now to get them to follow through on the parts and repairs to no avail. We even drove to their office to try and get someone's attention, but were told the person who can help us was "out sick" and would get back to us. I'm just going to find someone else at this point. Great service and very personable staff!!
The absolute WORST company!!! Do not use them!!!! They used to be good. I live in The Grove neighborhood and they did wiring here on many houses. But something happened (maybe change of ownership ) and service is absolutely terrible. We pay for a 24/7 helpline and no one ever answers. You try and set appointments but they are weeks out. So I watch TV on my phone even though I paid bravas literally THOUSANDS of dollars for a fancy high tech system. I can not warn you enough!!! Stay away!!
