Had my trial and day-of-wedding hair and makeup done by Lisa Reed and she did an AMAZING job!! Pre-wedding day anxiety kept me up late so I walked in sleepy and drained, but walked out feeling beautiful and ready for my "I Do's". Lisa is so incredibly sweet, helpful and an expert at her craft. I absolutely loved the waterfall braids she did on me and wish I could replicate them. My mom and sister also got their hair and makeup done and were extremely happy with it as well! Talk about customer service, other local business's could learn something from Imagine. I was in yesterday to buy a Bare Minerals product and had a nice chat with Rebecca. I mentioned that even though Ultra opened at the Bayshore Mall I preferred to shop at Imagine and she said that they had lost some customers, shame on them! Today, in the mail, I received a very nice thank you note and a product sample. Rebecca had to have written that note yesterday, before she got off work, in order for me to receive it in the mail today... read more
