My job was very large. Three houses with totally over run gardens. It took 2 days with a crew of three. This included leaf clean-up, garden clean out and trimming over a very large area. Bryce came out, gave me a quote and most of the work was completed as promised. They are coming back out to tweak. The crew foreman was very good and all the workers were friendly-they kept really busy. Bryce now has a repeat customer, as I will have them back to keep up the yards and gardens. Donna B. Gretna, LA

They came out the very day I contacted them and did the work the next day. That's where my satisfaction ended. When the owner came out to price the job he said they'd be back to do the job the following morning and I could then pay via credit card, check, or cash. The following day, I went home at lunchtime and the job (trim my hedges/plants) was done however a remaining ginger plant looked very odd (it was the only plant in the tier. I had a drainage problem with my yard in New Orleans. The owner, Bryce, walked me through options and was extremely knowledgeable. He and his Team were extremely professional and always on time. The end result was exactly what we were trying to achieve.
I was very disappointed in the service I received. I feel like I was very much overcharged for removal of banana trees. They were supposed to treat the area also so they would not grow back. They started sprouting again within a week. Also, they weeded my garden and was also supposed to treat the beds so the weeds wouldn't return immediately however, within 2 weeks weeds are growing again.

As a Landscape Professional, I respectfully disagree with the accuracy of this claim. A contract was presented and agreed upon prior to any services rendered. The area was lined with banana trees that were cut down & removed by the root. By our customer service policy if a job is unsatisfactory, we will make corrections. I was ready to give up on my project when I contacted Home Advisor. I was given a recommendation and contacted ILWD. Imagination Landscape We Design. Bryce Crier who runs the company got in touch with me and my project is being completed as we speak. They finished 90% yesterday. They were slightly short on having enough grass to complete the job. He did not complete the job as agreed upon. He did not have equipment to do the job which may have affected his price and his ability to follow through with what he had agreed upon.
