This is the worst spa service I’ve ever had. The massage started out good but then it was uncomfortable. She didn’t use any oil or barely any so she was rubbing my skin dry. Then I got a body scrub and it was painful. Pretty harsh stuff rubbed on my body then dry wiped. My skin was on fire. I was told my appointment would take 3 hours but finished in two. I had the absolute BEST experience with Billie today! he did all over blonde highlights with a trim and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was just the sweetest soul ever along with his wife and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. he will be my permanent go to from now on!
