We have been with this company for years. I served notice per our contract and it was accepted. Now we are continuing to get billed after all product has been picked up. Our rep that accepted our termination is now no longer with the company and they are continuing to bill us for services not rendered. I cannot get anyone to respond to me when I ask to escalate this matter. I have always had a great experience until now.
We have been with this company since 2016. The past year has been a miserable experience between poor customer service and gown quality issues, but the company refuses to let us out of our contract until 2026. We did not receive service at all 2 weeks ago and we could not get a response from the company for THREE business days. The gowns that we did have were damp inside of the sealed bags. Poor quality products and subpar customer service. This company has constant turnover and the managers are incapable of conflict resolution. We regret signing a contract with them.
I probably should have done this back in September 2024 when I initially began the process of reaching out to the company to seek answers for questions and complaints. I have made multiple attempts to resolve issues and have been extremely too patient.
