Image Wireless is hands down the best electronics store in town! They helped me set up my iPhone, merge all my contacts, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend every one who is looking to repair their phone or computer to come here as I came in after getting quoted crazy prices for my MacBook screen replacement. Shawn was beyond helpful and genuinely cared about me as a customer rather than making money. He gave some great tips to help me save storage on my phone which he did not have to do nor did he benefit from it, he just genuinely wanted to help. He also was a kind person in general. Will definitely be back.
Went to go get my camera fixed and Shawn was very nice! He introduced himself right away and got straight to business while still being friendly! He also has a very cute dog named Luna who was super friendly and cute. The camera was fixed in around 2 hours and my phone is back to normal. Very appreciative of him for giving me a good quote and not trying to sell me on extra things that I did not need! Overall had a very positive experience and I might go back just to say hi :)
I dropped my phone and Shawn was really kind enough to give me a deal and get my dad’s phone charger port fixed for free! He offered a lot of deals like getting me a second screen protector for free if I got one. He also sat with me and helped me free up more space on my phone.
