Repaired my iPhone few years ago in the old location and had a great experience. So, when I recently had an issue with iPhone again, I returned. The phone suddenly shut down when I was checking mails and messages. After that, it had been rebooting multiple times on its own. Shawn clearly explained the issue and available options. I eventually had to get a new phone but the service was great.
