Blonde Highlight Perfection at Image & Styles by Milan I have been going to Milan for almost 1 year. I have medium length hair with blond highlights and LOVE the way Milan highlights and cuts my hair. Milan always gives me highlights that are not brassy and a very trendy cut and style for a reasonable price. To top off the experience, everyone in the salon is very friendly and I am always treated like royalty every time I walk in the door. I would definitely recommend a haircut, highlight, and style by Milan!
Image & Styles by Milan is Personal Attention I have been going to Milan at Image & Styles for over a year and it is by far one of the best hair cut/salon places in the Washington, DC area. I have been to barber shops, hair cuttery, salons, etc and no one beats the price or service. Not only is the hair cut similar to high priced salons but it is the personal attention she gives you. $60.00 HAIR-CUT FOR $38.00 For a year or two I've been searching for a first-rate stylist for a price I can afford. I've tried Hair-Cuttery many times and had many hair disasters. I've tried different places that cost $30 or so with even worse results. I went to a highly rated salon and I did get a great hair-cut--but I had to spend (with tip) about $60.
