I WAS a platinum blond with super grown out roots.. now I’m a DARK ash blond with super brassy brown roots. The new blond looks lighter in photos than what it really is. What I went in for was to have my new growth bleached to match the rest of my platinum blond hair and to have a smudge root done. I had my hair lightened at Image salon. I paid $180, and my hair had green tones. It looks horrible! I called the salon, and the stylist told me that it turned green because I am in a wheelchair and she couldn’t properly rinse it out. They never said my wheelchair was an issue before they started my hair. This is discrimination against me and my disability. I just want my money back. LOVED the facial by Holly Mescher that was gifted to me by her for Christmas to help support me through a tough time medically. What a big heart she has. It was a wonderful experience and very kind and compassionate of her. Thank you again! Highly recommend this salon!
