They contracted the work out to some very unprofessional seal coating people. I have not paid the bill yet because of the poor workmanship. They did not clean the oil spots up and now there is a spot where the seal did not take. I do not recommend them to any one . I took pictures and i am being ignored.

the worst concrete job ever! we have 2 different shades of concrete on our front side walk. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Michelle and Glenn have always been a pleasure to work with. Image Pros has done our lawn care and snow plowing for years at our church. Everything always looks good and is done on time. They have always responded quickly if there has ever been a problem or we needed them. Highly recommended!

I have to say that I am very disappointed with this company. I had them come out to the house for estimates and I was told I would have them the next day, that was 10 days ago. I have called every other day and still no estimate. Very poor communication! We are ready to get a lot of work done, and they obviously don't have time for us, or need the work...

I can't really speak to the quality of their work, price, etc... because they would have to actually show up for the appointments they set. Set up first appointment for Glenn to come out- No show, no call. Called office and they said they didn't know what happened and rescheduled. We had called to have our sidewalk and driveway sealed along with the cracks. They were suppose to have completed the job while we were on vacation and had a 2 week window. When we returned home, the driveway was not done; the sidewalk was sealed, but the crack was not. We called, and they came within a week to complete the driveway. However, a month later, the crack in the sidewalk is still not sealed even though we have been charged for that service. Will not have Image Pros complete anymore work us.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! They feel like you aren’t that important and when they finish the work they want nothing to do with you. I was told that I couldn’t set a date for the landscape to be installed until I paid 1/3 of the bill. I went into the office to pay the 1/3 of the bill and I was told I will get a call from the owner on Monday, two weeks went by and I never received a call until I called to find out the status.
