I currently have Megan Palmer taking care of my investment property in Brisbane and she has been wonderful to work with. Always available, extremely transparent and very reliable. I'm sure all Image Property employees are great but if possible, ask for Megan as your property manager. It really has been a very smooth experience for me so I highly recommend her services.
Very disappointed with the way they handled one of our properties. Tenants left a new home in a terrible state and Image gave their bond back leaving us to foot the bill for multiple damages. Have moved to another property management business.
