I had my orthotics made at Image Orthopedic Lab more than 15 years ago. They were the best things I ever did for my back and my feet. I do not wear any tennis or hiking shoes without them. I have had them refurbished twice at Image Orthopedics. I send them to the lab from out of state. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I do not take walks and hikes without using these orthotics.
Image Orthotic Lab created a footbed for my feet that allows me to continue working (I am a PE teacher). I have a Condition known as a Mortons Neuroma. They had to do a few minor adjustments as well as told me that I would need a 1/2 size bigger shoe to accommodate the insoles. I thought this was a bad idea, but the fit worked out perfectly so that i can play tennis, etc w/o pain!

Best money I ever spent! At first when in the waiting room I thought "this is gonna be a joke" took a mold of my foot and that whole process still seemed a little odd.. Doc came In, had me do some walking, told me my plantar fascitis would be be better in 3 months, and it was, not only that but completely went away after a year! Staff can be a little short at times but they have a high volume of customers, so I get it. I had the worst experience in my life, My feet are worst today then 9 months ago when I got the orthotics from this place, then I went back probably10 times, and the last time I went I waited for a long time and no one could help me, Instead helped someone who had arrived after I did.
