Staff very incompetent people. Got invisalign in 2017 and gave me a lifetime retainer replacement. Now they're saying I dont have that program.I don't recommend that place, if anything go to Mt pleasant dental. They will take care of you there.
How many times do I gotta confirm my appointment?! I had originally made an appointment online and the process was easy. An automatic message was sent to me the next day to confirm appointment and I confirmed. The day before the appointment it sent me another message to confirm, but I had been busy all day. A few hours I get another message stating that my appointment was cancelled and to call the office. I call the office and the person that answered the phone was being so rude from the begining. I really recommend Image Orthodontics because all the nurses were really nice and they were very helpful.
Pésimo lugar el dr ya no quiso atender a mi niño y le quito los braquets, en recepción. No son amables aparte ellos mismos te hacen calificar este lugar cuabdo firmas el contrato. PESIMOOO
