Front office people are awesome! They’re very friendly and helpful. However, the lady that helped my daughter for her expander was rude. Right after she called my daughter I know something was off. My daughter told her that she broke her rubber band she immediately gave her that impatient attitude. Then she called me inside to show me how the key works, she didn’t explain well and scolded me for doing it wrong. Her name is Vicky Mendoza I think.

I am very dissatisfied with the invisalign treatment I received at this clinic by their staffs. My treatment was not monitored properly, and I had serious concerns that my braces were not progressing in the right direction. I had to repeatedly raise the issue and insist on action before anything was done, and even then the response was delayed, careless, and inadequate. I highly recommend Berryessa Image Orthodontics; I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on a Saturday and I literally haven't needed to take any pain medications afterwards which has to do with the high skill of the oral surgeons who took take of me
