I am extremely disappointed with the service at this orthodontic clinic. The double standard regarding appointments is unacceptable. They charge a $75 fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, yet they cancel appointments without proper notification themselves. Recently, I arrived for my son's scheduled appointment only to be told at reception that the doctor couldn't see us and that they had supposedly called me. No one had contacted me at all. Staff very incompetent people. Got invisalign in 2017 and gave me a lifetime retainer replacement. Now they're saying I dont have that program.I don't recommend that place, if anything go to Mt pleasant dental. They will take care of you there.
How many times do I gotta confirm my appointment?! I had originally made an appointment online and the process was easy. An automatic message was sent to me the next day to confirm appointment and I confirmed. The day before the appointment it sent me another message to confirm, but I had been busy all day.
