After having 3 teens use Image I will say it is best to use another orthodontist. Appointments are difficult to come by as their hours and availability are not accommodating for children in school. My daughter needed her top retainer replaced. I scheduled an appt last week (11/25) for today (12/5). They just called to tell me I need to reschedule because they don't do impressions for retainers after 2:30. They did kindly offer a Jan appt for her retainer.
