I went in for a short French tip she did a manicure and when asking several times if she was going to do the tip she kept responding yes she did a manicure that’s not what I asked for when telling her I’ll wait for her husband she angrily removed the gel and cut my cuticles to the point they were bleeding I said I’m okay I’m leaving and I know she was angrily cussing me out. Darn. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but the reality is that my nails don't look good - and after having paid someone to specifically make my nails look good, I'm disappointed. The final outcome aside, the ladies were all nice, but didn't speak very good English. The shop itself wasn't a vibe, but at least they were smiling while they provided bad service 😂
I went in last week for a fill. They made my nails really thick/lumpy and got polish all over my skin. I paid, got into my car, and immediately called another salon so I could get them fixed.
