Horrible!!! I arrive right on time for my 2pm appointment I made at 8am this morning. I am on my lunch break and I told them I was to be using my pre approved time from work for this appointment. It is for a manicure. I sit in the waiting area 20 minutes and no one collects me for my service then finally when I arrive to the front desk to cancel the manicurist abruptly addresses me without even introducing herself as though I was in the wrong somehow never apologizing instead insisting she had no knowledge of the appointment... read more
