Horrible!!! I arrive right on time for my 2pm appointment I made at 8am this morning. I am on my lunch break and I told them I was to be using my pre approved time from work for this appointment. It is for a manicure. I sit in the waiting area 20 minutes and no one collects me for my service then finally when I arrive to the front desk to cancel the manicurist abruptly addresses me without even introducing herself as though I was in the wrong somehow never apologizing instead insisting she had no knowledge of the appointment... read more
I attended a Chamber After Hours event a few weeks ago and the whole atmosphere was great. I got a chance to tour the salon and as an industry professional, I love the look, the setup, and the convenience of other products and services in one place. Most customers appreciate having the options in one place.
Got a spray tan from Lexi and she made the process so easy & simple! It’s so perfect & even, she did such a great job!!
